1 cup of frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and/or strawberries)
1 scoop of whey powder
1 Tbs. flaxseed oil
1Tbs. ground flaxseed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. unsweetened cranberry juice
1 pack of Stevia
8 ice cubes
1 cup water
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process at high speed until smooth. Add several ice cubes for a thicker texture.

- 1 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup tofu
- 3 tablespoons unsalted natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Aloe Vera Juice
- 2 tablespoons flaxsee oil
- 1 teaspoon barley grass powder(optional
Put banana, apple, kiwi, mixed berries and orange juice in a blender. Combine until smooth before adding soy milk, yogurt, tofu, peanut butter, aloe vera juice, flaxseed oil and barley grass powder. Combine again until smooth and serve.

1 cup milk (I use skim or 1%)
2 Tbs. of honey or sugar-free honey substitute
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup of ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender at high speed. Process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add 1/4 or 1/2 cup of plain yogurt for added tart flavor.
